**BEWARE THIEVES**. Used Orlando in Lanzarote. Absolutely no return address on any of the paperwork provided by them. Extremely clever. Unfortunately we left our travel wallet in the rental car when we returned it as we were rushing so much as neither of the locations given by google maps are the actual address of the rental office. They said they had my wallet and would return to me. When I received my wallet back it had been ransacked with the money plus two small leather wallets inside no where to be found. ***THIEVING BASTARDS**
Firstly had to wait over an hour for the transfer when we thought it was on airport when we booked .Then charged us 55 euros for petrol which would no way have cost that . Then charged 15 euros because we had to leave it at airport as we had an early flight but we stated this when we booked !Now they have kept back 185 of our deposit with no explaination but Ive photos of the car excetra if they try saying it was damaged !Reported to Holiday Extras who we booked through and also to my credit card as Im not being ripped off anymore they got nearly a full tank of petrol back to as I thought it was full to full when I booked but then it said in the small print if you had it over 4 days it was full to empty !Im going to make people aware as its a disgrace how all this can happen
Coche sucio y con mal olor, a los 100 metros se encienden testigos de error, prohben entrar en pistas (imprescindibles para ver muchos de los lugares ms bonitos de la isla) y prcticamente te fuerzan a comprar el seguro adicional. La peor empresa en la que he alquilado un vehculo.
Mucho cuidado con esta empresa nosotros la contratamos sin saberlo a travs de Happycar y nos colaron un seguro hacindonos creer que era por la gasolina y cuando regresamos a casa nos haban hecho otro cobro de gasolina. Ahora se niegan a devolvernos el seguro que nos metieron de forma desleal. Ya est denunciado a la OMIC y siguen sin reconocer su engao. No contratis con ellos si no queris una mala experiencia...
Cuidado con este empresa.He alquilado el coche en mes de noviembre y estamos a febrero y aun no me han devuelto el dinero.Llame varias veces y me dijiero que el coche tiene un bollo en el capot????Es decir no hubo un accident o cosa que podria ser por mi culpa.He reclamado varias veces pero a todas mis llamadas recivi solo respuestas DE LARGAS-tipo MAANA ENVIAMOS LAS FOTOS ,BLA BLA.No la recomiendo para nada.
